Grant Park recreation center is now proud to offer Yoga classes with Alyson Laura!
The classes are one hour on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30pm. This is suitable for practitioners of all skill levels and even for beginners who have never tried Yoga before. The classes are free, so there's no reason not to come.
