We support responsible development in Atlanta neighborhoods by working closely with the city's Neighborhood Planning Units to make sure all new development adheres to the Beltline Master Plan.
Land Use and Zoning Process (adopted by the GPNA membership, May 2006)
After meeting with many area stakeholders in 2003, the GQGP Resource Team provided a final report of their suggestions for the neighborhood. Thank you to the Resource Team and to all members of the community who attended the GQGP initial presentation and workshop, the draft proposal meeting, and/or the final presentation. Most of Grant Park is designated as a Historic Zoning District. When work on the exterior of property in the District is proposed, a Certificate of Appropriateness must be obtained from the Urban Design Commission.
