At the last GPNA general membership meeting held on Tuesday, November 18, 2014, the Bylaws Ad-hoc Committee Chair brought forward and presented the committee's recommendation to revise Article IV - MEMBERSHIP of the GPNA Bylaws. Those strike-through changes and additions (in red) are presented again here in the body of this subtopic. A motion will then be made (and presumably seconded) to approve these changes. Following a brief discussion on these changes, a vote will be taken in favor or opposed to the motion. Should you have any questions, concerns, comments or clarifications, please do not hesitate to contact the Bylaws Ad-hoc Committee Chair at VicePresident@GPNA.org.
