Our committee is tasked with reviewing and voting on zoning, variance, and special use permit applications which are heard by our Neighborhood Planning Unit.

All applications will be subject to a meeting of surrounding neighbors, who will be notified of such an application.

We meet regularly on the 4th Thursday of the month both online at the association's Zoom account, and concurrently in-person at the Atlanta Preservation Center, 327 St. Paul Ave SE, 30312.

We also may hold specially called meetings in the case of time-sensitive applications, which will be announced on social media and our calendar section.
